RPT Passwords
As part of the 11i Upgrade we are implemented new password standards in the application and in the database. For more information, the password standards are published here.
During testing we have discovered that many users have an out-dated version of Golden. Please update your Golden software by following these instructions.
After you have updated your software you need to change your password to match the new standards. If you did not changed your password by November 24, the next time you login you should be prompted that it has expired and you need to create a new password.
To change your password, login through Golden to the AIS database (type AIS on the line where you would normally type RPT3). Go to the toolbar File --> Change Password. This will open a form that asks for your current password and a new password. The new password will be reflected in RPT the following day.
