AIS Patches on March 22

On Sunday, March 22, we will apply patches to AIS that will allow for non-static versioning of Java JRE, and complete the certification of Firefox 3.

On Monday, March 23, everyone will need to use JRE 1.6.0_11 (6u11) to access AIS. This download is currently available on our development website - we will add it to the production website next week - or you can update your software from the Control Panel Java icon.

Also, on March 23, Firefox users can upgrade from 2.0.0.20 to 3.0.x.

After March 22, as future versions of JRE become available you may take the update without waiting for AIS to make changes. That is the advantage of the non-static versioning patch. This applies to IE and FF users.
